Miho Dobrašin is a foreign correspondent for the Croatian national news agency Hina based in Madrid. He has previously worked as the correspondent from Ukraine, covering the war conflict in that country. Prior to his post at Hina he worked for the leading Croatian daily newspaper Večernji List, the business daily newspaper Poslovni Dnevnik, the Slovenian daily newspaper Delo, and other Croatian media. In 2010 he won the “European Young Journalist Award” organised by the European Commission, for his contribution to better understanding of European economic crisis. Over the last 13 years he has covered international relations, economy, crisis, politics, culture and sports. He holds Master’s Degrees in Economics from the University of Zagreb and in International relations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
